Our Vision
RCD’s vision is two-fold. Firstly, we aim to support the veteran community with employment and training opportunities that complement and reward the skills and experience they have accumulated during their service. Secondly, we aim to preserve the organisational knowledge that veterans develop and use it to improve the capability and operation of the Australian Defence Organisation (ADO).

CLEAR PURPOSE
RCD is a Defence-oriented resource provider. We have made a conscious choice to focus on satisfying the needs of clients within the ADO and Australian Intelligence Community (AIC). All of our staff are currently delivering Defence and AIC contracts and by maintaining a clear purpose we are able to develop a deep understanding of our client’s needs.

RCD is selective in who we allow to join our team and represent our brand. We recruit candidates based on their values, relationships and proven delivery experience. By sourcing from the veteran community we are able to provide the Commonwealth with resources who understand their business and the needs of their users.

During our recruitment and onboarding process we seek to understand the experience and skills of our people so we can help them grow in the short and long term. In addition to informal training, RCD have partnerships with a number of training organisations to enhance the qualifications and capabilities of our team.

RCD strives to create a positive and earnest team culture for all our people, whether they are a permanent employee or casual contractor. By operating as an office-less and lean business we can reduce our operating expenses far lower than many of our competitors.
